I am sorry to learn that you have been having some urological problems and now a CT scan has shown some malignant changes, I can appreciate this is a lot of uncertainty for you.

Malignant does mean cancer, so it sounds like your CT scan has shown some cancerous changes on the pancreas. I am sorry this must be difficult to read.

What happens next is the doctors will discuss your situation at MDT (multidisciplinary team meeting) where a team of health professionals including doctors, radiographers, and nurses gathers to work out what the best way forward for you is, whether this may involve further tests or treatment.

After the meeting, they will go through everything with you and confirm what the scan shows and what the plan is. Until then, unfortunately, no one can tell you anything further.
