I am sorry to read that you have a mouth ulcer and a very sore tongue.

Do seek advice from your dentist, or your local pharmacist. They can perhaps suggest some mouthwashes or gel to help clear things up.

It may help to refrain from spicy foods, or alcohol, until your mouth settles down.

You may find the advice helpful on the NHS leaflets about mouth ulcers and sore tongue.

Mouth soreness and ulcers  can take some time to resolve, but if your mouth ulcer persists then please see your GP for advice.
