I am sorry to hear about your husband having chronic lymphocytic leukaemia cll and the symptoms he seems to be experiencing now.
It would be best if your husband mentions the change in any symptoms to his doctor as they are in the best position to assess him. If he isn't already on any treatment for his cll they may wish to readdress this and consider whether the cll is progressing and needs some management with medication. Of course there could be a completely unrelated cause for the symptoms however the doctors can run more tests if needed to find out more.
