Unfortunately, as nurses, we can't provide you with a medical opinion as such. White blood cells will dip from time to time usually in relation to viruses or other infections. They take time to recover afterwards. Your GP is repeating it in a months time which seems reasonable. They can compare that blood test with the previous one.

If you are worried about other symptoms, then consult them about that. Often symptoms are not related to each other, and can be due to different things.
