I am sorry that you have pain in your forearm. There can be any number of reasons why you are having this pain but I would make an appointment with your GP and so they can examine your arm and give an opinion. You may have just strained a muscle. Try not to over think it for now and do make an appointment. We are unable to diagnose any one on the forum.
