Hi I had breast cancer in 2023 and it had spread to one of my lymph node’s. I had chemotherapy and also radiotherapy and am now in remission. I’ve been on Letrozole for about 8 months now and I’m getting really bad pains in my legs, but mainly in my knees.Ive tried to get an appointment at drs but instead I have got a pharmacist calling me. Do you think my pain is the tablets or something else going on
