Generally radiotherapy is not usually given until the wound is healed after surgery as it can delay wound healing.
The best person to advise you further on this is your specialist team. If you have a specialist breast nurse (CNS) involved in your care care then perhaps they can provide you with further information. You often have to call and leave them a message and they will get back to you.
