My mum has terminal cancer and is living with me and previously she has been admitted to hospital as she was internally bleeding. After examination it would appear her cancer tumours are bleeding. They gave her blood transfusions as her hemoglobin levels were low.  Following a blood test if they are low again can she have a blood transfusion at home?  The local hospitals are over run with flu etc and she can’t afford to catch anything
