Weight lose

Hi. My uncle has multi myeloma. He’s dropped from 11.9st to 9.2 stone in 8 months, he has collapsed vertebrae and 4 fractures in his spine. He was having chemo every two weeks. Now it’s gone to 4 weeks. He’s kidneys aren’t great. Catheter in at moment. And has problems with his bowels. He’s tired. I do his medication every 4 weeks. As he’s on so much! Heart problems as well as everything else. I just want some advice on how to get weight on him? He’s eating 4 times a day and I’ve got him on warm milk to settle his tummy. Every time he’s weighed is another 2 to 3 lbs less. I’m worried that they have now not helping as much…. He needs help with his bladder care and bowels. He’s weight. Pain levels. And how to support him when his in so much pain.
thankyou.
