I can understand your concern. But it isn't very likely to be anything serious such as cancer. It is common to get blocked cysts near the clitoris area. The NHS website has information on

bartholins cyst They usually go down on their own, having warm baths can help soothe. Sometimes though, they need antibiotics to clear up. If it persists, then do seek the advice of your GP.
