I would get either into docs or go to a walk in centre, I have brain cancer and the symptoms was panic attacks and extremely painful headaches(which I thought was migraines).

I hope that it’s period related hun but I would get checked out and it will put ur mind at ease xxxxx

Bless you, i hope you're alright. My mum was going to ring the doctors tomorrow cus obvi they were closed today. I do hope its nothing too serious as js thinking of the worst possibility makes me feel sick.  thankyou for replying back to me xxxx

I am sorry to learn that you are having symptoms that are causing you concern.

Unfortunately, we can't diagnose you or tell you what is causing your breast pain.

Breast pain by itself is unlikely to be due to breast cancer, and most causes of breast pain usually gets better over time. 

If the pain does not settle after you’ve had your period the best thing to do is to see your GP. 

 I hope the pain improves soon.
