Does it soumd like i have cancer?

Both of my boobs feel very stiff and achy on top, and feels different to underneath. When i lift them it hurts. Ive only noticed and questioned it. idk whether that is normal, or idk whether i might be comin up to my period amd that js be a symptom of this month's period, or idk whether its cancer. Either way this is worrying me because i havent noticed it until now.

    I am sorry to learn that you are having symptoms that are causing you concern.

    Unfortunately, we can't diagnose you or tell you what is causing your breast pain.

    Breast pain by itself is unlikely to be due to breast cancer, and most causes of breast pain usually gets better over time. 

    If the pain does not settle after you’ve had your period the best thing to do is to see your GP. 

     I hope the pain improves soon.
