Hi - I am struggling to come to terms that my husband has been given a few months to live and is currently in hospital after a stem cell transplant and I have gut feeling he is not coming back home.
I am very sorry to hear about your husband, this must be such a difficult time for you both.
I do hope you have some other family and friends around you to support you at this time as it is never easy to navigate something like this alone.
Please do speak with the team of doctors and nurses at the hospital to get a better understanding of the situation and what to expect.
Try and take things one day at a time for now, as you say he has recently had a stem cell transplant and that takes it's toll on the body and it isn't unusual to end back up in hospital, so hopefully they can get him well enough to come home again.
