Thank you for letting me join. Iv recently had radiotherapy after 5 surgeries to remove breast cancer and get a clear margin. This has caused my left breast to reduce in size quite dramatically and I’m feeling very self conscious about how uneven I look. I need help in finding a bra insert of the correct size for when I go on holiday and want to sit by pool in a bikini. Can anyone help? Thank you

    I am sorry to hear about all the surgeries you have needed and appreciate you wishing to find the right prothesis to feel better in yourself.

    If you haven't already I would speak to the breast care nurses about your issue in case they can provide you with something. If they don't have anything suitable they may be able to recommend a local shop that specialises in post breast surgery bras and swimwear that can find the perfect fit for you.

    Likewise Breast Cancer Now has a section of information about clothing and swimwear including a section about prothesis that may also be helpful to read.
