Hello,

I have noticed a lump behind my ear a couple months ago. My partner has suggested to see a doctor because it has grown. It is just a small pink lump like a spot and doesn't hurt when I touch it. I am corncerned that it is cancer and it might be terminal since I waited a couple months.

How likely is it to be cancer?

If it is cancer, how likely is it terminal at this point?

Hi Egle

Yes do make an appointment with your GP, who can put your mind at rest or refer you to a specialist at hospital for further diagnosis.

A few months will not make any difference to the outcome (which is usually 99.9% cure rate) if it is a skin cancer and it certainly will not be terminal.
