Is this true? Can you have a brain tumour for 6 years and still be able to drive?

I have a friend who isn't always truthful and has made up lies before. 6 years ago she told me she has a brain tumour and it would not be able to be treated. Is it true she can still drive if she does have this?

I have been honest and told her the things she says doesn't add up. She apparently goes for treatment on her own she drives herself etc.

I just don't like the thought she is lying as I lost my sister to cancer last year

It is possible to live a long time with cancer and do everyday things like drive. You are right though about inconsistency. On the one hand she says her cancer cannot be treated on the other hand she is having treatment at hospital.

She might be lying because she wants sympathy or she feels inadequate in some way. This is an illness in itself. Be kind to her.
