I am sorry to hear about these scabs you have on your head. Unfortunately no one here can say what they may be or what they have been caused by but if this is ongoing you need to see your doctor.

Your GP can assess you and if needed refer you for more tests. There could be several reasons for this including many skin conditions that aren't cancer, so try not to over think things until this has been properly assessed.
