Treatment using Imiquimod for EMPD of Vulva

Diagnosed Extra mammary Paget’s disease of the vulva 3rd recurrence.  Course of Imiquimod again.  Use ice packs to help With pain once Imiquimod put on area.
Pain lasts for 4 hours Plus    Any other advice on how to alleviate the affects of Imiquimod without diminishing the active ingredients would be very appreciated

    You may be able to get a local anaesthetic type gel to apply near to the area being treated, but it would need to be prescribed by a doctor I think. Alongside taking regular painkillers to also help. Your GP may be able to also prescribe stronger painkillers for you as well.

    I don't have anything else to suggest I'm afraid.
