I’m sorry to read about what you are going through right now.
Whilst it can be concerning to have the symptoms you mention they can occur for other reasons, and although a recurrence of your cervical cancer might be a possibility it’s not a foregone conclusion until further tests are carried out. So do make an appointment to see your specialist team who can advise you further.
I’m not sure if you have access to a gynaecology nurse specialist at the hospital. If you do, it would be best to contact them for further advice on your situation. You often have to call and leave them a message and they should get back to you.
I know it’s easier said than done, but try to keep an open mind for now until you know more.
