I can appreciate your thoughts. Breast reconstruction does usually involve using significant plastic surgery techniques, and can involve moving muscle and fat tissue. It is generally used for larger breast surgery, and not lumpectomies. There is information about breast reconstruction on the Breast Cancer Now website.
