i am waiting on results of blood tests and chest x ray but now i have lost my voice and am coughing up blood, should i contact my doctor again

It is worth just letting your doctor know that you are experiencing new symptoms, as they may want to examine you and refer you for possible other tests.
I hope you get an appointment soon and some answers to your symptoms.
