I am having tests next week for bladder cancer. I have been passing Blood in my urine. Large amount white cells. Tonite my uretha is I. So much pain . Drs last Thursday advised no UTI.
I'm sorry to hear that you're currently waiting for tests next week regarding a possible bladder cancer diagnosis.
Our nurse team are now out of the office until Monday morning. As you've mentioned in your post that you're in a lot of pain I'd suggest giving NHS 111 a call for some advice and support. If they feel that you need to see a Dr over the weekend they will be able to arrange this.

I see that you are going to be having tests this week to establish a cause for your symptoms. Even though your doctor said that you don't have a UTI it's important to let them know about this new pain especially if it's getting worse or you have difficulty in passing urine. They can assess you and decide what needs to happen next. They can also prescribe you some pain relief.
In the meantime ,try and drink plenty of fluids, this might help to dilute your urine slightly which could ease some of the discomfort. Avoid caffeine, alcohol or spicy foods as this might irritate your bladder further.
