I am sorry to learn that you are experiencing strange sensations that are causing you concern.

You mention that your GP thinks it is a muscle spasm. I am afraid we cannot diagnose you or give a medical opinion and the only advice I can give you is to go back to your GP.

It sounds like you are worried because the symptoms are persisting and things are not improving. Do tell the doctor this, especially if you are concerned these may be symptoms of cancer.

It is important to know it does not mean that the symptoms are being caused by cancer. Only a doctor who can assess you can say what the cause may be and refer you for any necessary tests at the hospital.
