There's a few things out there that you can try.... Sylk, Yes VM, Vagifem, Hyalo... talk to your oncologist or gp, see if you can get something on prescription. Even if you're oestrogen receptive I think you can use vaginal oestrogen as it stays local so Replens should be okay. Years ago they said to not use it but information has since been updated to say its safe. If you're still under the care of a breast cancer nurse, phone and ask for advice x
