Is it safe to take magnesium tablets with Letrazole, ie it doesn't undo the preventative work of the Letrazole?

I am 4 years into taking Letrazole after my treatment for triple positive breadt cancer, and removal of my ovaries. My cancer scored very highly for oestrogen and progesterone 

I had recently started taking magnesium to help with the menopausal side effects. It seemed to really help but then I panicked, thinking it might be interfering with the Letrazole and stopped taking it.

I can't find any specific information about whether this might be true or not - do you know? 

I'd love to start taking the magnesium again as it really helped but not at the cost of increasing the risk of my cancer returning! 

I would love to hear some guidance on this
