I believe that you are referring to Sotorasib which you can read more on these Manchester Trials Research Facility. It is for a type of lung cancer that targets lung cancer that carries a KRAS G12c Mutation (change in cells).
It appears that this drug is not available in Wales. We have some information about how drugs are funded when they are not available through NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence)
I would discuss this with your oncologist to get their opinion and also whether it would be possible to access it without NICE approval.
