I am sorry to hear about the symptoms you have and the worry this is causing you.

I'm afraid no one here can say what the matter is, although symptoms can be caused by a number of different things and in most cases won't be the result of a cancer.

It sounds like you have seen your doctor and they have run some tests. You haven't said if they are arranging anything else or if you have a follow up appointment coming up. If not I suggest you let them know about your ongoing symptoms and any other concerns you have. The doctor really is the best person to assess you to get the answers about what the matter may be.

Unfortunately anxiety can bring on or make symptoms worse, so trying to find some ways to manage your thoughts and feeling may help. The NHS Every mind matters website has some tips on how to do this. It is also important to try and look after yourself as best you can. Eating a healthy diet, drinking plenty of water, exercising and getting enough rest all plays a part in our general health and well being.
