Swimming after efudix

Hi,

I've recently been diagnosed with BCC, both on lower leg and chest. The lesion on my leg is going to be excised after treatment with efudix.

The lesions on my chest haven't been seen by a dermatologist yet as awaiting appointment, but GP started me on efudix. I'm now on week 4 of 6.

It's red, crusty and sore so I take it,it's working. My question is can I go swimming or aquafit or not ?

I am sorry to hear about your situation.

It isn't advisable to go swimming or to stay in water for prolonged periods of time whilst using efudix.
