I am sorry to hear about your continuous UTIs and can only imagine how frustrating this must be for you.

The NHS has some information about UTIs which has some useful tips.

There are various things that you can do yourself to help prevent a recurrence such as going to the toilet regularly during the day, trying to empty your bladder, wiping from front to back, not the other way round, and passing urine as soon as possible after sex.

If you do continue to get these infections despite your best efforts you may find it helpful to ask your GP for a referral to a urology specialist to see if you can find out if there is a reason for your repeated infections.
