Hello and thanks for your post,
I am sorry to hear that your wife is feeling poorly. Her team at the hospital may want to wait until she feels better.
It is still another couple of days until Thursday. Why don't you wait until tomorrow morning and let the nurses know on the chemotherapy unit then, if her symptoms haven't improved. Encourage her to get some rest today and tomorrow and drink plenty of fluids (2 litres) if she can. If you can't get hold of the chemotherapy nurses then ring the oncology secretary.
It would also be a good idea to get a digital thermometer so you can check what her temperature is before you speak to the nurses (if you have to)
I do hope that she feels better soon.
You are welcome to ring and chat this through with one of the helpline nurses. We are here Monday to Friday 9-5 and our Freephone number is 0808 800 4040.
All the best,
Catherine
