What does it kappa 76.77 / Serum lambda 54.6 light chain level mean

I had the test that shows each of the  light chains are way above the normal range but the ratio is within normal range.

i can find out what the abnormally high results mean  or what I should be asking the GP in next steps. 

outward I’m just exhausted all the time which is very frustrating as I was very active person 

any helpful resources or pointers please.

    I am sorry to learn you are feeling exhausted, this must be difficult when you are normally so active.

    I was unsure what your situation is and why you have had these tests done if it is because of the symptoms you are experiencing.

    The best person to discuss what these results may mean and what happens next will be your GP as they know your situation. To be able to have a diagnosis, often other tests may need to be done. Your GP would be able to clarify this for you and whether a referral to a specialist to have more tests is needed.
