I'm sorry to hear that you've had some concerns about your breast over the past few weeks. It's understandable that you may be feeling anxious about the symptoms you've described. 

Our nurses are now out of the office until 9am on Monday morning. 

As you've mentioned in your post that your breast feels hard and warm to touch then it's certainly worth getting in touch with NHS 111 for some advice just to rule out any possible infection that may be causing these symptoms. 

Hopefully they will be able to give you some reassurance but if necessary they can arrange for you to see a Dr over the weekend.

I am sorry to hear about the pain that you are experiencing in your breast.

It is probably worth getting in touch with your breast care nurse to let them know about the pain that you are experiencing. It is not uncommon to get pain in the muscle or ribs at the edge of the breast if you overdo things. It is also not uncommon for the breast to change shape or become more sensitive following radiotherapy.

Breast Cancer Now have some information about breast pain after radiotherapy which you might find helpful to look at. They suggest that you should continue to do the exercises that you have been given which may help minimise the pain.

I do hope that you manage to speak to your breast care nurse or do go and see your GP and they can do a breast examination and hopefully put your mind at rest. They may also be able to suggest some painkillers that may help.
