I am a 52 year old man who smokes 20 a day over last 5 years (stress). Work in construction. MEDICAL HISTORY - asthma since birth and flatlined twice with it ( as a baby and when I was 38). COPD maybe. Blood clot in right leg in 2022.

Pain and discomfort.

severe aching pain in right shoulder over last two years.

severe pain in left wrist and hand over last two months.

severe leg cramps in night in lower half of right leg where I had blood clot.

marble sized lump in stomach about four inches above belly button two years ago. bad stomach cramps in morning and a lot of constipation.

feel exhausted all the time and trouble sleeping.

coughing constantly over last two years with really thick flem.

aching back a couple times a week. I might not reply for a day or two. thanks.
