I am sorry to hear about your situation. It sounds like you are having a difficult time.
Tiredness is very common when starting hormone-related medications like letrozole. For many people, side effects improve within the first few months of starting treatment. The charity Breast Cancer Now has produced some information on the side effects of letrozole and how to manage them if helpful. If you suffer from any side effects that cause you ongoing concern, then it is best to talk to your breast care nurse or hospital doctor.
The charity Breast Cancer Now offers a buddy system where they try and put you in touch with women who are going through similar if this is useful to you.
I do hope that things settle down, but do go and discuss this with a health professional such as your Breast Care Nurse or your GP if it doesn't.
