I am sorry to hear that you have been through treatment and you are concerned about your new symptoms. I can understand how worrying this must be for you.

Try not to over think it for now. It is only when they have examined you and perhaps done some tests that they will be able to say whether or not the cancer has returned.

You may find it helpful to take someone with you to your appointment particularly as you are feeling anxious about the outcome.
