I would make an appointment with your GP and get them to preform a breast examination. I am sure that if your GP was unsure of the cause of the 'cellulite skin' they would refer you to a breast clinic for further tests. No one on the forum can advise you as it really is only a GP who can examine the breast who can tell you more.

Try not to over think it for now. The majority of women who are referred to breast clinics don't end up having cancer.
