Worried about sore ulcerated patch near back of tongue

Hi im really worried about a sore ulcerated patch on the side back of my tounge. Its been there 3 weeks.

I do have a broken tooth which is constantly rubbing on my tounge. I don't know if its that or cancer.

I dont have a dentist, most of my teeth are broken and need taking out

    You need to see a dentist who will fix your teeth and also advise you as they are trained to spot oral cancers.

    If you can't get an NHS dentist and you have little money private dentists will sometimes allow you to pay by installments.

    If you are in a really bad state a hospital dentist may see you, it is then free of charge.
