i was wondering if the first FNA was inconclusive won’t the second give same result I was wondering why they would repeat it

I understand it can be mind boggling to understand everything when undergoing tests, so it is only natural to have questions.

I would try not to worry and wait and see what the results show. Inconclusive means they couldn't really get a clear enough picture of what was going on from the previous sample, which is why they have repeated the biopsy again. Hopefully it will give more answers this time around.

Once the results are in the consultant will discuss these with you and plan the next steps, either way.
