Ear pulsating & head

Hi I had breast cancer in 2021 it was was lubelar cancer ( I think I spelt that right ) I had the tumour removed & my nipple plus 15 of my lymph nodes removed . I had to have chemotherapy & a week of radiotherapy . Since having the treatments ( I am now cancer free by the way 2 & a 1/2 yrs ) every time I’m ill , get a cold or virus my ears & head pulsate ( my right more than my left ) it’s very uncomfortable & makes me feel so drained & weak . Also I am constantly tired struggle with sleeping & I have this feeling that there is something crawling on my skin is this normal or does it mean I could have cancer somewhere else ? Thanks

    It is good to learn that it has been 2/12 years since your treatment for breast cancer. 

    I am sorry to learn that you are experiencing symptoms that are causing you concern. Unfortunately, we cannot say what the cause of these symptoms might be, only a doctor who can assess you, can say. However, it is important to know that they may not be caused by cancer at all.

    If you are concerned it is best to be safe and get yourself checked either by your GP or you could contact your breast care nurse specialist for advice
