Unfortunately, we cannot diagnose you, and suggest that you make an appointment to see your GP and tell them about your symptoms.
They can examine you and suggest further tests if they think it is necessary. Often symptoms can be due to various things, including piles (haemorrhoids), but it is sensible to get any new symptoms checked out.
