Hi

i I have been taking Cerazette as a contraceptive for over 10 years and ever since not had a period or any spotting. 

however for the past few months, I’ve had a bit of spotting and brown discharge, for a few days every few weeks. 

is this change something I should be concerned about/discuss with a doctor?
