I'm sorry to read about your situation. It's understandable to be concerned when you are dealing  with cancer treatment and changes in your bowel habits.

Chemotherapy and other cancer treatments can often cause constipation and make you feel tired.

Since Movical isn't helping right now we would always advise talking to your healthcare team about taking Senna or any other medication. They know your situation best and can advise you on whether it's safe for you. They may also have other suggestions that might work better with your treatment plan.

In the meantime, drink plenty of fluids as this can help to soften the stool and make it easier to pass. Doing some gentle exercise like walking should also help.
