I am sorry to read about your situation.

Pain when passing urine can be a side effect of  prostate radiotherapy, but it can also be a sign of a urine infection.

Maybe you could speak to your GP to check to see if it’s an infection which might require antibiotics. If it is not an infection then you could speak to your specialist nurse about your symptoms.
