Went to see consultant for FNA results

I saw a very nice consultant today he said my biopsy was inconclusive 

he said it was a very deep nodule in thyroid tissue 

I had to arrange a blood test and he’s arranging a ct scan ( which hate having ) I don’t know how long I will have to wait for scan then discuss results and wether or not I need it removed

    I am sorry to hear the wait is ongoing for you with an inconclusive result and the need for further tests.

    As I have said before try not to worry and sit tight a little longer. It is good to hear the consultant was nice and is being thorough in their approach. I am sure they will be wanting to get things done as quick as possible so that they can action a plan.
