Everything I read says that womb cancer can cause pain in the vagina. However, a lump has been found that is being investigated via fast track and there is an increased blood flow around it. When I sit or lie on my back I feel pleasurable sensations and this has only occured since I have had unusual period cycles ( leading to the ultrasound). I can't find any articles about anyone else experiencing this (in fact most say the opposite) any ideas? I am guessing the increased blood flow may be causing this?
