I am very sorry to hear about your mum's situation and I can appreciate the concern you have.

Unfortunately, sometimes the path to getting a diagnosis is not easy and requires more scans and investigations. There is a type of cancer called a Cancer of Unknown Primary but to get that the medical team need to be sure they can't see a primary.

I realise that this must be taking its toll on your mum and you so I hope you know more about her situation soon.
