My husband is waiting for another pet scan as the last scan showed an orange flair on the left side of his pelvis. First diagnosed 2006 with contained in the prostate cancer had cryotherapy.  Cancer eturned in 2016 still in prostate, second cryotherapy performed.  Psa was low but continues to rise slowly,  is now .98. Consultant is concerned by the flair on his pelvis albeit very small so wants repeat scan but we've been waiting since June due to another Consultant not replying to an email from radiology/scan team. How quickly is this likely to spread? We're trying to chase this up but no ne seems to be able to sort it. Very worried
