I'm not sure what your situation is exactly but I'm afraid we can't tell you if someone's sense of smell will come back after surgery.
I think it would depend on the extent of the tumour involved and how much tissue needed to be removed.
This is something the specialist team would need to advise on as they are familiar with all the patients medical details.
