I'm not exactly sure what your situation is but I do appreciate how bleeding can cause a lot of worry.
It isn't unusual to experience some bleeding before and after a resection but this should ease off after a couple of weeks of having the surgery. If the bleeding gets worse or you are experiencing any other symptoms do let your team know so they can assess you further.
