I'm sorry you are having to go through this again. It's understandable to feel worried especially when it is in a visible area.
Surgery can sometimes be tricky if the same spot is affected more than once, and if there isn't a lot of extra skin to work with. But your specialist will explain your options and what steps can be taken to minimise any changes to your appearance.
