VIN stage 3 again

Hi, I had an operation last December to remove vin stage 3 cells.  Another biopsy (I had noticed another change) has shown VIN stage 3 in another part of my vulva.  I have an appointment in a couple of weeks "to discuss treatment options" .  What are they likely to be?  Another operation or laser treatment?  Thanks in advance for any help.

    I am sorry to hear you have VIN3 once again.

    Whilst we cannot say for sure what treatment you may be offered without being involved in your care, as you say surgery or laser treatments are the common treatments for this.
